Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Project Assistant with a focus on factory development projects, you will play a pivotal role in supporting project teams through planning, control, and coordination of complex assignments. You will organize meetings, appointments, and internal and external communication while managing administrative tasks related to procurement and invoice verification. Additionally, maintaining project documentation and digital archives, preparing presentations, reports, and decision templates for management, and liaising with customers, authorities, and planning specialists will be essential.

Candidate Profile

• Completed commercial, technical, or real estate-related vocational training or equivalent qualification.
• Professional experience in a similar role, preferably within project management or related sectors such as construction, real estate, or technical environments.
• Strong organizational skills with a reliable, structured, and autonomous work approach.
• Excellent communication abilities and enjoyment in collaborating with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency with numbers and understanding of administrative and organizational workflows.
• Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP.
• Confident with MS Office applications and keen on digital work methods and current tools.
