Overview
Insight Global seeks a diligent Project Administrator to join the Outside Plant (OSP) Construction team remotely in Florida. This role involves managing project closeout files, compiling and reviewing as-built documentation, and ensuring all necessary submissions are accurate and complete.
Key Duties
- Coordinate with field and project teams to obtain missing project documentation.
- Manage records, track closeout status, and maintain up-to-date reports and spreadsheets.
- Prepare customer invoices based on completed work orders and verify all related supporting documents.
- Submit invoices within designated deadlines and assist in resolving billing issues or invoice rejections.
- Handle multiple projects concurrently while maintaining strict adherence to documentation standards and client requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience in administrative support, project coordination, or document management.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to handle various tasks simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with experience verifying document accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree.
- Background in construction administration.
- Experience with invoicing, billing, or accounts receivable processes.
- Familiarity with telecommunications or OSP environments.
- Knowledge of construction documentation review, fiber optic, or CATV construction.
- Prior use of project management systems or customer portals.
Additional Information
This position offers an annual salary between $50,000 and $60,000. Work is performed remotely with a focus on supporting multiple project efforts within the construction domain.
