About the Role
We are seeking a curious and motivated Program Architect to collaborate closely with our internal program team. This role involves supporting a variety of projects, including AI transformation, workforce enablement, enhancing operational efficiency, and facilitating organizational change tailored to partner needs. The position is ideal for early-career consultants who are versatile generalists with strong growth potential, expected to evolve into future leadership roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing programs end-to-end including conducting research, performing analysis, testing hypotheses, and synthesizing insights.
- Develop models, frameworks, and detailed analyses that underpin recommendations for partners.
- Design and produce interactive workshops and co-working sessions for partners.
- Support the creation of AI-driven solutions for both internal use and partner initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops, managing their flow, structure, and energy effectively.
- Prepare materials suitable for partners such as presentations, reports, and memos.
- Engage actively in partner meetings and workshops, increasing responsibility over time.
- Work across various sectors and tackle different problem types, ensuring diverse program experiences.
- Contribute to internal growth initiatives including proposal development and knowledge sharing.
Candidate Profile
- Between 1 to 3 years of experience within consulting, professional services, or other analytical roles in fast-paced environments.
- Strong analytical capabilities complemented by structured problem-solving skills.
- Business savvy with a consultative mindset.
- Proficient at preparing partner-ready workshop content.
- Experience or strong enthusiasm for developing workshop facilitation expertise.
- Adaptable to uncertain and rapidly evolving work scopes.
- A broad-minded generalist enjoying varied challenges rather than narrow specialization.
- Ambitious with a desire for professional advancement and long-term growth.
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English, written and oral.
- Holds a bachelor's degree in any discipline; emphasis placed on thinking skills over specific academic background.
- Self-initiated projects or personal ventures are beneficial.
