About the Role

Centre Point Foods is expanding its Ready-to-Eat (RTE) and Ready-to-Cook (RTC) product range, seeking a motivated Production Executive to oversee their production activities at the Butibori facility in Nagpur.

Job Responsibilities

Oversee daily production processes for RTE and RTC food items.
Ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards including FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, and ISO certifications.
Manage inventory of raw materials and packaging along with effective manpower deployment.
Enhance operational efficiency, minimize product waste, and uphold product quality standards.
Compile production documentation and contribute to continuous improvement projects.

Candidate Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Biotechnology, or related disciplines.
2 to 5 years of professional experience in food processing, preferably with RTE or RTC products.
Deep understanding of food safety regulations and production methodologies.
