Production Coordinator

Role overview

Enchanté Accessories is seeking a full-time, onsite Production Coordinator for its Home & Accessories team in Manhattan, NY. This role serves as the key connection point between sales, design, and factory partners for tabletop ceramic and glassware orders, helping move products from sourcing and manufacturing through to final delivery.

What you’ll do

• Manage order processing and monitor order progress from overseas factories through to the buyer.
• Stay in regular contact with internal teams and external partners to share production and delivery updates.
• Review samples with the design team, pass feedback to factories, and chase any missing or revised samples.
• Support the Head of Production with early-stage product development, from sourcing and manufacturing through final product completion.
• Work daily with designers and sales staff to keep projects moving smoothly.
• Check the vendor manual and ensure factories receive the required specifications and instructions.
• Make sure customer samples are submitted on schedule for approval.
• Keep the weekly WIP updated and accurate.
• Provide status reports on active projects and tasks.
• Identify problems and work through them with practical, creative solutions.
• Build and maintain efficient tracking methods, including documentation and process updates.
• Take on other related duties as needed.

What we’re looking for

• Mandarin speaking and writing ability is preferred, though not mandatory.
• A proactive, motivated, and trainable approach.
• Experience with Envision is an advantage.
• Background in multinational trade and export is a plus.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfort using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent planning, prioritization, expediting, and multitasking skills to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently with good time management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics plus at least 1 year of wholesale production or related experience; or an associate degree plus 2 years of wholesale production or related experience; or at least 3 years in a wholesale production or related position.
