Product Manager

About the Role

If you are passionate about artificial intelligence beyond just its application and are eager to explore its future potential, this role is for you. As a Product Manager at Sur Global, you will oversee the entire journey of client software development—from project initiation to launch—combining product strategy, user experience design, and client partnership. Your focus will be to challenge traditional approaches by asking how AI could fundamentally transform client problems rather than merely automating routine tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead product development from kickoff through delivery, including conducting initial calls, gathering requirements, defining minimum viable products, and overseeing progress.
• Translate client concepts into detailed product specifications, wireframes, and user experience workflows.
• Evaluate technical feasibility and make informed decisions balancing complexity, timeline, and quality.
• Act as a liaison among clients, engineers, and AI technologies to ensure project milestones are met.
• Spot opportunities for AI to reimagine client processes beyond accelerating existing workflows.
• Gather and prioritize client feedback to enhance successive product versions.
• Maintain strong client communication and engagement during the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to the improvement of company tools, systems, and operational methods as the business grows.
• Engage deeply with AI and product thinking alongside a team equally enthusiastic about these topics.

Requirements

• Fluent spoken English at C1 level or higher, demonstrated through live conversation.
• Minimum of three years in roles such as Product Manager, Product Owner, or Solutions Architect within technology firms, agencies, or startups.
• Experience in consultancy or agency settings is highly desirable.
• Background working in startups or early-stage companies (Series A-D preferred) with comfort in ambiguous environments and evolving processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects or client accounts concurrently.
• Solid understanding of software development concepts including APIs, databases, and front/backend architecture.
• Strong grasp of user experience design with skills in creating wireframes and user flows.
• Demonstrated capability to identify strategic AI applications beyond everyday tool usage.
• Proven ownership of products or projects from concept through launch, not limited to task execution.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.
• Adaptability to fast-moving and unclear scenarios.
• Preference for candidates with previous experience collaborating with U.S. clients or teams.
