Key Responsibilities

Independently transform unclear product goals into well-structured, functional software with minimal oversight.
Manage large development projects from problem definition through execution, iteration, and delivery phases.
Decompose complex problems, prioritize technical strategies, and lead projects to completion.
Make autonomous decisions regarding user experience, feature scope, technical trade-offs, and product priorities.
Work in rapid development cycles by delivering functional solutions quickly and refining them based on user feedback.
Leverage AI-assisted tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or similar technologies to enhance productivity and accelerate delivery timelines.
Identify obstacles, communicate trade-offs, and provide transparent status updates on progress and decisions.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to create solutions balancing user needs, business objectives, and technical excellence.
Continuously enhance development processes, engineering practices, and product results.

Candidate Requirements

4-5+ years of professional software development experience with robust engineering fundamentals.
Proven capability to interpret ambiguous goals and independently deliver comprehensive software solutions.
Experience with modern AI-augmented development workflows and tools such as Claude Code or Codex.
Strong full-stack development skills and versatility across application layers.
Product-oriented mindset with ability to assess user experience, set priorities, and determine feature requirements.
Background working in early-stage, fast-paced, or highly autonomous environments.
Track record of building side projects, prototypes, or products from inception to launch.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and sound judgment in technical and product decisions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills capable of delivering concise updates.
Self-motivated with high ownership, accountability, and adaptability.
