What you will do

  • Own payment terms and working-capital considerations in partnership with Finance.
  • Align procurement plans with demand forecasts and safety stock rules.
  • Support launch and peak-season planning with commercial capacity inputs.
  • Work with Demand Planning, Finance and Operations on forecasting, S&OP and budget inputs.
  • Provide commercial and feasibility input for NPD stage-gate reviews, including landed cost and lead times.
  • Source packaging, materials and ingredient options with the NPD team.
  • Spot early-stage opportunities to reduce cost during development.
  • Lead procurement-linked projects such as supplier consolidation, category strategy and acquisition due diligence.
  • Act as the escalation point for major supplier or commercial risks.
  • Be the main commercial contact for suppliers and manufacturers.
  • Support brand, marketing and sales teams with costing for promotions and new SKUs.
