Coinbase embraces a remote-first approach, with quarterly in-person working sessions called “surges.” The Principal Recruiter will join the Core Recruiting team within People Success, leading full-cycle recruitment across critical departments including G&A, Customer Experience, EAA, and IT. Flexibility is essential as support for product group hiring may also be required.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for complex, senior-level positions in your Core portfolio from initial role intake to successful closure.
• Develop robust candidate pipelines leveraging self-sourcing and competitor research to ensure sufficient quality and volume throughout the hiring process.
• Collaborate directly with senior leadership to understand hiring requirements and craft effective recruiting strategies that provide excellent candidate and interviewer experiences.
• Maintain data accuracy and utilize pipeline analytics to identify inefficiencies, overcome bottlenecks, and optimize hiring outcomes across teams.
• Create and implement scalable recruiting processes and pilot initiatives to enhance team performance and extend impact globally.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• At least eight years of comprehensive recruitment experience in technology or comparable fast-growing industries, with a proven track record in hiring competitive candidates across G&A and technical roles.
• Expertise in designing and scaling recruitment processes to operate effectively in diverse global markets.
• In-depth knowledge of all recruitment stages—from talent mapping and sourcing to interviewing and final offers.
• Ability to interpret recruiting metrics and data to provide strategic, actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Experience responsibly integrating generative AI technologies to augment recruitment workflows, ensuring human oversight for quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

Compensation and Equal Opportunity

The annual base salary for this position is fixed at 212200 SGD, exclusive of bonuses, equity, and benefits which include medical, dental, and vision coverage. Applicants can submit up to three applications within a six-month period.
