Role Overview

This position involves surpassing customer expectations by performing various duties around the store, ensuring diverse daily tasks including shelf restocking, cashiering, inventory management, and order picking. The focus is on promptly and accurately fulfilling customer needs.

Key Duties

• Precisely pick and dispatch items using a handheld terminal, promptly reporting any inconsistencies to the Manager.
• Inspect product quality, check expiration dates, and confirm packaging integrity in preparation for deliveries.
• Maintain high standards of customer service by processing deliveries while meeting designated targets efficiently.
• Politely interact with delivery personnel, addressing their questions and concerns, and escalate complex issues to management.
