Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Payroll Section Head to supervise and manage all payroll activities within Reef Group. This leadership position involves ensuring the accuracy and punctuality of payroll processing, data integrity, transaction review, policy compliance, and continual process enhancements. Proficiency in both Kayan HR System and Oracle ERP is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage the comprehensive monthly payroll cycle.
• Guarantee the correct and timely execution of salaries, benefits, deductions, overtime, bonuses, and related payroll entries.
• Conduct thorough reviews of payroll calculations and reconcile discrepancies before approval.
• Maintain and update employee and payroll records in Kayan HR and Oracle ERP systems.
• Evaluate payroll-related employee changes such as recruitment, promotions, transfers, salary revisions, leave, and separations.
• Handle final settlements and payroll disbursements for departing employees.
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and technical system concerns.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Comply with company policies, compensation frameworks, and legal payroll regulations.
• Prepare detailed payroll reports, analyses, reconciliations, and management dashboards.
• Assist in payroll audits by providing necessary documents and records.
• Identify and implement automation and process improvements within Kayan and Oracle platforms.
• Safeguard the confidentiality and accuracy of payroll and compensation data.
• Lead and mentor the payroll team to maintain precision, efficiency, and adherence to strict deadlines.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least five years of payroll experience, including supervisory or leadership roles.
• Practical expertise with Kayan HR System and Oracle ERP is mandatory.
• Demonstrated ability managing end-to-end payroll functions.
• Prior experience in retail, multi-location, or large employee settings is strongly preferred.
