Job description
About the Role
Tove Learning Trust is inviting applications for the position of Pastoral Inclusion Manager starting September 2026. This role is integral to the Behaviour Team, focusing on supporting young people to better understand the education system and its benefits for them and their peers. The individual will manage small groups with personalized learning plans and help develop behaviour protocols and effective communication within the student body and staff community.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with students to help them comprehend and positively engage with the education framework.
- Lead small group learning aligned with personalized plans tailored to student needs.
- Play an active role in the creation and ongoing improvement of behaviour management systems.
- Contribute to strategies for clear communication to students and staff regarding behaviour expectations and protocols.
