This role focuses on delivering exceptional personalized services such as wake-up calls, newspaper deliveries, and shoe-shining to enhance guest experiences in alignment with hotel policies and luxury standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide tailored and memorable guest services to ensure a seamless stay experience.
- Arrange VIP amenities such as daily fruit baskets and personalized welcomes.
- Escort guests to their rooms, introduce hotel amenities, and offer ongoing support.
- Coordinate with Concierge to manage luggage handling safely and promptly.
- Facilitate smooth guest check-ins and check-outs maintaining high service standards.
- Offer services including wake-up calls, shoe shining, packing/unpacking, and laundry assistance.
- Stay informed about hotel promotions, VIP arrivals, and events to anticipate guest needs.
- Address guest requests swiftly and resolve concerns professionally.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience as a Palace Butler or similar role in a luxury hotel environment preferred; resort background beneficial.
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school certificate or equivalent.
- A polished and professional personal appearance.
- Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills essential.
