About the Role

Join the esteemed team at Marina Bay Sands as a Paiza Butler, where you will significantly contribute to delivering an unparalleled, personalized guest experience from pre-arrival until departure within the Paiza and Paiza Royal Collections. This role entails managing various services including butler desk operations, suite preparations, personalized in-house services, and overseeing a smooth guest journey with attention to detail and anticipatory care.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of guest experience including check-in, personalized services, and departure.
  • Coordinate special requests, dining arrangements, transportation, and suite readiness by integrating skills across departments such as Call Center, Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Services, Concierge, Reservations, Food and Beverage, Transportation, and Facilities.
  • Strive for every guest stay to be an "Above Beyond" experience with meticulous attention and personalization.
  • As a Senior Butler, focus on VIP guests and Paiza Royal Collection suites ensuring flawless service and lead training of new butlers.
  • As a Butler Supervisor, oversee daily operations, conduct training, handle customer feedback, and coordinate across departments to maintain exceptional service standards.
