Role Summary

Under the guidance of the Director of Engineering, this role involves performing comprehensive painting and decorating tasks throughout the hotel's guest rooms, public areas, meeting rooms, restaurants, and back-of-house sections. The objective is to uphold the hotel’s pristine and luxurious presentation by applying specialized trade skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute painting, decorating, and finishing works across all hotel areas.
• Prepare surfaces professionally by patching, sanding, filling, and priming as needed.
• Participate in restoration and refurbishment projects in both guest and public spaces.
• Maintain the visual appeal of luxury guest accommodations, suites, and event facilities.
• Identify and report any areas that require repair or preventative attention.
• Complete all tasks efficiently and safely, adhering to high standards of workmanship.
