Packing Officer

Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Packing Officer to become an integral part of our Eureka Ag team on a full-time, permanent basis. This position involves close collaboration with chemical formulators to support the entire chemical manufacturing cycle. The primary focus is precise packaging and labeling of chemical products to ensure readiness for distribution. With strong support from the Elders network, this role offers excellent opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Fill and package chemical products into a variety of bottles and containers, strictly following safety and quality protocols.
• Apply labels to bottles and cartons accurately according to specified standards.
• Maintain detailed quality documentation and track material utilization effectively.
• Perform some manual lifting as part of daily tasks.
• Ensure the work area remains clean and organized to meet established cleanliness standards.

Candidate Profile

• Although prior chemical production experience is beneficial, comprehensive training will be provided.
• Preparedness to handle manual chemical handling safely is essential.
• Possession of a forklift license and relevant experience in a related role will be advantageous.
• Strong commitment to safety procedures is required.
• Excellent communication skills coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
