Organisation Excellence Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic and proactive Organisation Excellence Manager to join our Board Secretariat and Governance team at the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Singapore. This role demands a professional who blends hands-on experience with strategic insight to lead organisational excellence and governance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and provide advisory support to the Board, ensuring its functions align with corporate strategies and governance frameworks. Responsibilities include planning Board activities, coordinating meetings, facilitating communication, and maintaining records.
• Support the implementation of the Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) strategy by assisting in policy execution, fostering a safety-centric culture, and coordinating risk identification, assessment, and management processes.
• Enhance governance and compliance by strengthening areas such as enterprise risk management, business continuity management, and incident reporting protocols.

Candidate Profile

• Possess tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Management, or related disciplines.
• Have 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in organisational excellence, governance, or similar fields.
• Demonstrate expertise in governance areas including Workplace Safety & Health, Business Continuity Management, and Enterprise Risk Management. Holding professional certifications in organisation development or related fields is advantageous.
• Exhibit strong stakeholder management and communication capabilities.
• Be a self-motivated individual with the capacity to influence and lead change effectively.
