Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to join our Parks & Resorts division on a permanent full-time basis, located at our Gold Coast site in Queensland, Australia. This role involves leadership across multiple holiday locations nationwide, including opportunities for regular travel to support on-site teams and lead operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with General Managers to achieve outstanding commercial and operational results.
• Drive growth in revenue, profitability, and overall business success.
• Provide hands-on leadership in accommodation and Food & Beverage departments to enhance guest experiences.
• Coach and mentor leadership teams to foster high engagement and strong performance.
• Utilize data analytics to pinpoint growth opportunities and implement continuous improvements.
• Maintain service quality and uphold high operational standards consistently.
• Ensure portfolio operations comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Establish and nurture productive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct frequent travel to various properties to deliver direct operational leadership and support.

Candidate Requirements

• Extensive leadership experience managing operations in hotels, resorts, lodges, or premium hospitality settings.
• In-depth knowledge of Food & Beverage management, including commercial oversight and delivering top-tier guest services.
• Proven ability to support senior leaders and cultivate effective, motivated teams.
• Strong financial expertise encompassing budgeting, forecasting, and performance metrics.
• Demonstrated skill in balancing operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
• Pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset adept at navigating complex operations.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and influencing abilities.
• Flexibility for regular travel across various business locations.
