  • Provide clear, timely updates to authorized receivers, including pre-arrival, progress, port call updates, and post-call communications.

Statutory Compliance

  • Submit accurate and timely declarations to government agencies related to vessel calls, including Immigration and Checkpoint Authorities (ICA), Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA), Customs and Excise Department, National Environment Agency (NEA), security and enforcement bodies, and facility operators/management.

Required Knowledge and Skills

  • Intermediate understanding of maritime operations, local laws, regulations, and industry knowledge.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Competency in spoken and written English.
  • Experienced with port and immigration documentation.
  • Intermediate soft skills including effective communication, integrity, interpersonal skills, responsibility, planning and execution, work ethic, risk analysis, teamwork, intercultural competence, adaptability, change management, and time management.

Experience and Qualifications
