About the Role

We are actively seeking an FM / Operations Engineer to join our dynamic operations team, dedicated to overseeing and supporting comprehensive facility management operations across multiple disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Operations Manager in managing everyday facility management activities efficiently.
Coordinate effectively with different facility management service lines and technical teams to ensure seamless operations.
Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring alignment with the Strategic Asset Management Plan (SAMP) and adherence to ISO 55000 standards.

Qualifications and Experience

Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, specifically Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or a closely related field.
Have between three to five years of practical experience working in facility management or operations roles.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of ISO 55000 standards and practical knowledge of facility operation processes.
