The Operations Associate role within PNC’s Health Care Operations is a remote position based in Texas.
Work Schedule and Location
- Regular working hours are Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
- Remote work eligibility depends on geographic approval by PNC. Work must be performed from a quiet, secure, and confidential home office environment.
- Occasional attendance in the office may be required, dependent on business needs.
Job Responsibilities
- Carry out routine transactions and processes by adhering to standard policies and procedures, potentially focusing on a specialized product or function.
- Coordinate internally with service partners to route calls, documents, and other tasks necessary to finalize transactions.
- Ensure all required documentation and materials are present to complete transactions and verify that any needed equipment is functional.
- Respond to inquiries and ad hoc requests with appropriate information and documentation, providing feedback on workflows and completed work.
- Review processed transactions and relevant documents to confirm accuracy and compliance with established service levels, policies, and procedures.

Work Experience and Education
