Role Overview
This full-time position based in Lucknow requires an Online Bidder Executive who will actively search for relevant freelance projects on platforms like Upwork and Fiverr. The candidate will craft customized proposals, submit bids aligned with organizational goals, and communicate effectively with potential clients to clarify requirements. Coordination with internal departments is essential to accurately present the company's services and expertise.
Key daily duties involve researching market trends, monitoring bidding results, maintaining updated records and performance dashboards, and pursuing follow-ups with prospective clients to turn bids into projects. Collaborating closely with marketing and design teams will ensure service offerings stay sharp and brand messaging remains consistent across all interactions.
Candidate Profile and Qualifications
- Strong communication abilities for client engagement, proposal development, and cross-team coordination.
- Analytical aptitude to evaluate project scopes, determine bidding feasibility, and measure outcomes.
- Effective research skills to identify appropriate projects, comprehend client requirements, and track industry trends.
- Proficient written communication to develop professional submissions and documentation.
- Commitment to ongoing learning to refine bidding techniques and platform knowledge.
- Experience with freelance platforms such as Upwork or Fiverr is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with digital productivity tools including spreadsheets and CRM or lead-tracking software.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred.
