Role Overview

We are seeking dynamic on-air talent for a sportsbook-focused social media account. This position is not traditional TV broadcasting but centers on creating engaging, native short-form videos such as TikToks, Instagram Reels, and live streams with greenscreen reactions tailored for social feeds like X. You will deliver immediate, on-camera live reactions, host interactive live shows, and become the recognizable voice fans rely on. Complementing your on-screen presence, you will contribute socially by crafting memes, engaging in comments, and delivering hot takes alongside filming.

Key Responsibilities

This camera-centric role requires working with the team to design and produce recurring content series and live reaction formats especially around game nights. Your hosting style should be natural and magnetic, confident in expressing strong opinions that can stand scrutiny and embracing being proven wrong publicly. You're expected to author scripts for your segments and other videos, contribute voiceovers, and proactively pitch formats that evolve beyond singular posts into ongoing series. Hosting experiences, prior audience engagement, and real-time live game shows are highly valued.

Social Media Engagement

Active participation on relevant platforms is vital. Craft timely replies and memes that resonate in trending threads to strengthen brand loyalty. You must be proficient in several platforms including X, Instagram (feed, Reels, Stories), TikTok, and Facebook, rapidly adapting to others as needed.

Sports Knowledge and Cultural Fit

A deep passion for sports and familiarity with betting culture is essential. The role thrives at the crossroads of sports, pop culture, music, nostalgia, and internet humor, so you must naturally grasp these references. Keeping abreast of sports storylines and offering insightful real-time reactions is a must.

Technology Use

This job incorporates AI tools to streamline workflow: using Claude and Gemini for script proofreading, Hedra for video production, ElevenLabs for audio, and Figma for visual creation. These tools assist efficiency without replacing your creativity.

Work Schedule

The role involves rotating shifts from 10am–6pm EST and 4pm–12am EST, working five days on followed by two days off. Evening shifts, coinciding with live games, are shorter but busier. Expect intensified work during major sports events such as tournaments and NFL playoffs.
