Role Overview

As the Night Auditor, you will play a critical role in delivering excellent guest service during the overnight hours, ensuring guests feel valued and cared for even after midnight. Your tasks will include conducting financial audits of daily transactions, serving as the primary contact for guest needs throughout the night, and maintaining smooth reception operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete cash register reconciliations and verify daily receipts accurately before the start of the new day.
• Remain available to attend to guest inquiries and requirements throughout the night.

• Provide thorough handovers to the morning shift team to maintain seamless operations.

Qualifications and Personal Attributes

• Completed formal training in hotel management or hospitality related education.
• Some experience in a supervisory or management role within the hotel industry.
• Fluency in English with strong communication skills.
• Capacity to enthuse and motivate both team members and guests.
• Good knowledge of the local area, able to provide guests with recommendations for entertainment and nightlife.
• A proactive approach to duties and accountability, with openness to learning from mistakes.
