Role Overview

As a vital member of the Food & Beverage team at One&Only The Palm, the Minibar Attendant is responsible for ensuring guest room minibars are impeccably stocked, clean, and accurately inventoried. This position supports a smooth and enjoyable guest experience by handling replenishment, consumption tracking, stock management, and maintaining the highest standards of service.

Key Responsibilities

• Keep all guest minibars fully stocked and maintained per established resort protocols.
• Promptly and precisely replenish food and beverage items in minibars.
• Track minibar consumption and ensure guest charges are correctly applied.
• Monitor stock quantities, check product expiration dates, and oversee overall quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and neat arrangement of minibar equipment and storage areas.
• Carry out regular inventory audits and report any discrepancies immediately.
• Work collaboratively with Housekeeping and other departments to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Respond quickly and courteously to guest minibar-related requests.
• Report maintenance issues, breakages, or equipment problems to supervisors without delay.
• Participate actively in team meetings, briefings, and all required training sessions.
• Foster positive, effective communication and teamwork with colleagues.
• Maintain a professional appearance and courteous demeanor at all times.
• Contribute to energy and water conservation efforts within the resort.
• Adhere strictly to personal hygiene, health, and safety standards.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have between six months to one year of experience working in a hotel or resort, with attention to detail and basic knowledge of inventory management. Strong communication skills in English are necessary, and knowing an additional language is advantageous. A positive, team-oriented attitude, professional presentation, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service are essential.
