Role Overview
The company seeks a Middle Creative Producer (Creative Manager) to lead the creation of impactful advertisement creatives across Meta, TikTok, and Google platforms. This role involves hands-on creative execution, leveraging AI-augmented workflows, and analyzing performance to meet key performance indicators such as Conversion Rate (CR), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). The position demands collaboration with the User Acquisition (UA) team and close management of asset production and iteration cycles.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire creative production pipeline for user acquisition advertising across Meta, TikTok, and Google, overseeing projects from brief creation to final asset delivery for multiple products.
- Transform data-driven insights into comprehensive briefs that provide clear direction and enable creative freedom for execution teams.
- Offer constructive, well-justified feedback and effectively communicate rationale behind creative adjustments to motivate and guide implementers.
- Assist in shaping creative strategies using market research and internal UA data.
- Maintain a repository of creative best practices and establish precise guidelines for freelancers and external agencies.
- Collaborate closely with the UA department to convert performance requirements into actionable briefs, hypotheses, and structured creative testing plans.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, and AI teams to optimize asset generation and scale production efficiently.
- Align with stakeholders on priorities and schedules to ensure seamless workflows and rapid iteration.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of three years’ experience in performance marketing creative production with expertise in Meta, TikTok, and/or Google advertising platforms.
- Demonstrable portfolio highlighting a track record of high-performing creatives linked to significant UA investments.
- Expertise in utilizing AI tools such as Nano Banana, Seedance, Veo, and Kling for creative production.
- Strong understanding of classical production workflows related to User-Generated Content (UGC) and AI-assisted UGC.
- Comprehensive knowledge of UA metrics including CR, CPA, and ROAS, and their relationship with creative effectiveness.
- Outstanding organizational and communication capabilities, with experience in managing diverse stakeholders.
