About The Role
Join The St. Regis London, the prestigious new luxury hotel in the heart of Mayfair, as a Marketing Coordinator. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the launch and ongoing marketing efforts of an iconic brand known for its blend of historic elegance and modern luxury. The hotel features exquisite interiors by Richmond International and offers signature butler service, creating a unique and refined guest experience at a prime Bond Street location.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns and brand initiatives that uphold the St. Regis image.
- Drive brand recognition both internally and externally, ensuring all promotional materials maintain brand consistency.
- Coordinate promotional events, offers, and guest engagement initiatives to boost visibility and revenue.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience and support revenue-generating projects.
- Manage marketing collateral to ensure accuracy, quality, and alignment with brand standards.
- Liaise with Sales, Events, and Operations teams for campaign support and promotional coordination.
- Handle guest and client inquiries regarding marketing activities and promotions professionally.
- Support content creation and updates across digital platforms and marketing channels.
- Maintain records of marketing and guest engagement activities systematically.
- Provide administrative assistance to support the marketing team's functions and projects.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Experience or strong enthusiasm for marketing, communications, or the luxury hospitality sector.
