About the Role
The Manager of Talent Development plays a critical role in guiding enterprise-wide learning and development programs that align with Sonrava Health's dedication to outstanding, patient-centered care. The position involves designing onboarding initiatives, leadership growth strategies, performance management systems, and fostering a company culture supporting strong employee skills and organizational success across multiple sites. This is a fully remote opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, implement, and continually refine onboarding programs to enhance employee readiness and early productivity.
- Develop tailored curricula for various roles including clinical, operational, and corporate staff.
- Deliver scalable training in multiple formats such as instructor-led sessions, virtual classes, and digital content.
- Manage the learning delivery framework across diverse platforms.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and apply data-driven enhancements.
- Design and lead leadership development programs aimed primarily at new leaders.
- Strengthen leadership abilities in coaching, employee engagement, and managing performance.
- Collaborate with business leaders to diagnose and fulfill development needs.
- Oversee the company's performance management process alongside Total Rewards and HR business partners.
- Equip leaders with tools and training to conduct impactful performance discussions.
- Foster a workplace culture emphasizing continuous feedback and responsibility.
- Drive initiatives that instill Sonrava Health’s core values and behavioral expectations organization-wide.
- Develop and implement a cultural strategy to reinforce a consistent patient-first mindset.
- Work with leadership to weave organizational values into everyday practices.
- Create and establish employee recognition programs reflecting company values.
- Ensure these recognition programs are effective and scalable across all locations.
- Assist leaders in encouraging and maintaining a culture of appreciation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related discipline.
- 6 to 8+ years’ experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development, or Organizational Development.
- Proficient in designing instructional content and leadership programs.
- Experience managing or being significantly involved in performance management processes is preferred.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- 1 to 2 years of leadership experience managing people.
- Preferred experience includes talent development in widely distributed, field-based environments such as healthcare or patient-focused organizations.
- Understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design methodologies.
- Practical knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and learning data analytics.
