Manager ServiceNow ITSM/CSM/ITOM Architect

Role Overview

We are looking for a Manager to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, and ITOM solutions that align with our business requirements. The role involves engaging with stakeholders to collect requirements and producing technical designs tailored to project needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and manage ServiceNow ITSM/CSM/ITOM platforms according to organizational needs.
• Work collaboratively with business stakeholders to gather detailed requirements and translate them into effective technical designs.
• Formulate and carry out test plans to verify the successful rollout of new features or system enhancements.
• Deliver training sessions and offer ongoing support to end-users following the deployment of new solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to existing ServiceNow implementations to maintain system integrity.

Candidate Profile

• Possess 8 to 12 years of professional experience within the IT services and consulting industry, specializing in ITSM, CSM, ITOM, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of ServiceNow integrations, including API usage, workflow automation through business rules, and development of reports and dashboards.
• Experienced with multiple ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Major Incident Management.
