Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Manager, School Success to manage relationships with 50-60 partner schools in the UAE. The key goal is driving high engagement and retention to maximize the value schools derive from Toddle, thereby ensuring their satisfaction and success.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and account setup for new partner schools.
• Conduct thorough training sessions to ensure schools effectively utilize Toddle’s platform.
• Engage proactively with schools to optimize their use of the platform and address their needs.
• Respond effectively to training requests and support tickets raised via various communication channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams—including designers, developers, content writers, and data analysts—to enhance the user experience and support delivery.
• Analyze platform usage data of partner schools to identify opportunities for improving user engagement.
• Maintain and monitor academic calendars of assigned schools to schedule outreach and support appropriately.
• Develop training and pedagogical content that helps schools better use Toddle’s offerings.
• Travel extensively across the UAE (up to three days a week) to deliver onsite training and leadership engagement sessions.

Candidate Profile

• Passionate about leveraging technology to transform education.
• Tech-savvy, able to rapidly adopt new digital tools.
• Familiarity with progressive curricula like IB PYP, MYP, DP, or IGCSE is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Experience in similar roles within B2B environments is a plus but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Exhibits traits such as coachability, curiosity, ownership, hustle, and humility.
• Located in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, UAE.
