Maintenance Technician (Ken Fix It)

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Repair or replace various types of floor and wall tiles as needed
• Perform repairs on block work walls
• Conduct plaster repairs on walls
• Fix and restore damaged shelving and furniture
• Carry out painting tasks as required
• Perform general plumbing repairs and replace silicone sealants
• Repair or replace broken windows, doors, and locks
• Comply with company policies and guidelines
• Report any significant damages promptly to supervisors

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should preferably hold a diploma or specialized training in general maintenance. Practical experience in plumbing, carpentry, painting, or electrical maintenance is highly desirable. Proficient English communication skills along with strong troubleshooting capabilities are essential.
