Opportunity Overview
Become part of our vibrant community and advance your culinary career as a Line Chef within one of our remote Queensland villages. Our mission focuses on fostering well-being for both guests and team members, living by the motto: Stay Well, Work Well. You will work permanently at one of several regional locations including Coppabella, Dysart, Moranbah, Nebo, Middlemount, or Blackwater.
Role Details
As a member of our collaborative kitchen team, you will provide exceptional culinary experiences to residents and guests, serving between 150 to 3,000 individuals. The role follows a 14:7 roster pattern, involving two weeks onsite with 10.5 hour shifts daily, followed by one week off at home.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary of $97,600 plus superannuation.
- Return flights from Brisbane to the worksite provided.

Candidate Requirements
- Possession of Certificate III in Commercial Cookery with verifiable documentation.
- Unrestricted work rights in Australia; sponsorships are currently unavailable.
- Experience with large-scale bulk or batch food preparation (FIFO experience not mandatory).
- Strong dedication to maintaining safety standards.
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical examination including alcohol and drug tests.
- Willingness to work the 14:7 roster schedule.
- Valid driver’s license.
