Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time Lifeguard to join our team at a newly opening gym located in the Eastern Province near Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. This on-site role involves overseeing pool activities to ensure the safety and well-being of swimmers. Key duties include enforcing pool regulations, performing rescue operations and first aid as needed, keeping the pool area clean and orderly, and assisting with poolside events and activities.

Additional Responsibilities

The candidate will also take on the role of a swimming instructor, delivering structured swimming lessons as part of our learn-to-swim program. This includes coaching both children and adults across all skill levels, combining safety monitoring and teaching responsibilities to enhance our members' experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Mandatory certification as a Lifeguard
• Preferred certification as a Swimming Coach or Instructor
• Required CPR and First Aid certification
• Strong swimming skills and physical fitness
• Keen observation skills with attention to detail
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Composure and quick decision-making during emergencies
• Capability to work collaboratively in a team setting
• Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent education
