About the Role
A UAE-based client seeks an experienced Lead Partnerships Manager to expand and manage their network of gaming and developer collaborators. This role involves spearheading efforts to develop and maintain a robust developer partnership pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture a strong pipeline of developer partnerships.
- Design and implement outreach strategies utilizing email, LinkedIn, events, and referral channels.
- Leverage AI and automation technologies to optimize pipeline development.
- Guide and support a junior team member in their professional growth.
Candidate Requirements
- Background in business development, account management, or developer relations.
- Proven ability to convert commercial pipelines into secured deals.
- Strong skills in pitching, contract negotiation, and relationship management.
Additional Information
This position requires residency in Abu Dhabi due to visa regulations and involves a hybrid work model combining on-site presence and remote work. Regular travel to meetings and industry events is also expected.
