Role Overview

In this position, you will help strengthen employee engagement, learning, and culture across the company. The focus is on building and delivering practical programs that improve connection, capability, and performance, while staying aligned with the way BJAK actually operates.

This is a highly execution-focused role. You will be accountable for engagement initiatives, learning coordination, onboarding culture sessions, and efforts that bring BJAK’s values into everyday work rather than limiting them to presentations or occasional events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the organization-wide engagement and learning schedule, covering town halls, festive celebrations, team activities, onboarding sessions, and internal campaigns.
  • Plan and deliver employee engagement initiatives from start to finish, making sure participation is strong, execution is smooth, and the experience is positive.
  • Coordinate learning activities across technical, soft-skill, and leadership areas by working with both internal stakeholders and external trainers.
  • Handle the operational side of training, including scheduling, tracking attendance, monitoring completion, and measuring basic impact or return on investment.
  • Lead onboarding culture sessions that help new joiners understand BJAK’s values, expectations, and working style.
  • Work with People Ops and company leaders to weave culture, feedback, and recognition into day-to-day practices.
  • Collect and review engagement and learning data, gather participant feedback, and use the insights to improve future programs.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in learning and development, employee engagement, workplace culture, or HR program coordination.
  • Strong ability to execute and coordinate multiple initiatives at once without missing important details.
  • Comfortable using calendars, trackers, spreadsheets, and basic HR tools such as an LMS or HRIS.
  • Good communication and facilitation ability, particularly when speaking to groups.
  • A practical, results-oriented mindset that prioritizes what works in real situations over theory.
