Role Overview

The Landscape Designer position is a full-time, on-site opportunity located in Al Khobar. The appointed individual will be tasked with designing landscape concepts that seamlessly merge cement products with functional and visually appealing outdoor environments. Daily duties encompass creating design ideas, detailed drawings, and planting schemes; managing hardscape components such as pathways, patios, and retaining walls; and aligning designs with project criteria and site conditions.

The role demands collaboration with project managers, engineers, and clients, performing on-site inspections, and refining designs considering feedback and technical constraints. Additionally, the Landscape Designer will contribute to material selection, pricing estimates, and ensure adherence to local regulations and environmental standards.

Qualifications and Skills

• Expertise in Landscape Design applicable to residential, commercial, or industrial contexts.
• Knowledge and experience in Landscape Architecture, encompassing site planning and the integration of constructed and natural environments.
• Competence in Hardscape design, including the creation of paved surfaces, walls, and other cement-based exterior structures.
• Ability to formulate Planting Plans with plant choices optimized for the local climate and upkeep requirements.
• Relevant academic credentials such as a degree or diploma in Landscape Architecture, Landscape Design, or related disciplines.
• Proficiency in design software tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or equivalents, accompanied by the capability to produce clear and professional drawings and presentations.
• Strong skills in spatial planning, visualization, and problem-solving, ensuring attention to detail and quality.
• Effective teamwork and communication skills to work alongside multidisciplinary teams, articulate design concepts clearly, and oversee project schedules.
