Job description
Overview
KBR provides comprehensive Base Operating Support-Installation (BOS-I) services at Prince Sultan Air Base (PSAB), Saudi Arabia, supporting the 378 Air Expeditionary Wing and other tenant units, including personnel rotating through the base and remote Army sites. This program ensures essential operations, maintenance, and support functions to maintain mission readiness at PSAB.
Role Summary
The Labor Foreman/Escort supports Power Plant Services by escorting Third and Other Country Nationals (TCN/OCN), monitoring their activities, and completing required administrative reports in accordance with company and USAF requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manage entry and exit processing of personnel at PSAB Visitors Control Center following USCENTCOM escort procedures.
- Escort and monitor OCN personnel across multiple CES and FSS areas as designated by the Site Manager.
- Supervise un-cleared personnel during maintenance and BOS-I service activities.
- Log and account for all TCN/OCN contractors and personnel before and after their duties, and notify relevant parties about escorted personnel and vehicles.
- Facilitate contact and briefing of TCN/OCN personnel regarding base rules and procedures after badge issuance.
- Oversee TCN/OCN work activities daily until completion and confirm work zones have been cleared by military Force Protection personnel.
- Prevent prohibited items (weapons, drugs, etc.) from being brought onto the base by escorted personnel.
- Maintain visual control of vehicles and personnel during escort duties, ensuring safety and welfare, including evacuation to protective shelters if needed.
- Report unsafe working conditions immediately to Project/Site Manager and Safety staff.
- Stay alert and respond appropriately to any security incidents or suspicious behavior by TCN/OCN personnel.
- Perform various administrative support tasks to facilitate efficient BOS-I operations and comply with contractual reporting obligations.
- Work under supervision on routine assignments to support PSAB mission readiness.
- Communicate effectively with management, clients, and subcontractors.
- Adhere to and promote KBR’s Zero Harm safety policies.
- Ensure reliable service delivery to approximately 4,000 personnel, within a 10% margin.
- Perform any other assigned duties.
Material and Equipment
- Potential exposure to hazards requiring PPE such as hard hats, gloves, steel-toed boots, hearing protection, and safety glasses.
- May need to operate communications equipment including Land Mobile Radios, cell phones, and laptops to maintain contact and monitor activities.
Work Environment
- Work takes place indoors and outdoors with potential exposure to heat, cold, dust, noise, and chemicals.
- Overtime and shift work might be necessary, along with occasional or frequent travel.
- Comply with all local, state, and federal regulations, company rules, and work instructions.
- Task-specific environment training may be provided.
- Must be prepared to operate in wartime or contingency situations supporting U.S. interests.
Physical Demands
- Lifting up to 35 pounds, team lifts up to 50 pounds, climbing, prolonged sitting or standing, stooping, stretching, and bending.
- Use and wear personal protective equipment including hearing/eye protection, body armor, helmets, reflective gear, and other safety devices as necessary.
- Typical office activities such as attending meetings, computer use, and lifting/carrying less than 20 lbs. frequently.
- Requires moderate physical exertion like walking between operational areas and stair climbing.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- General experience with facility and equipment operations, maintenance, as well as food and Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR) services.
- U.S. citizenship with valid U.S. driver's license.
- Possess a valid U.S. passport book with minimum 13 months validity and 6 blank visa pages.
- Hold and maintain a current U.S. SECRET Security Clearance.
- Fluent in English reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension.
- Meet CENTCOM MOD-15 theater requirements.
Preferred Experience
- Minimum two years of relevant experience providing DOD BOS-I or similar services in overseas or contingency environments.
- Experience working with USAF is strongly preferred.
Skills and Attributes

Minimum education
Higher Secondary (Class 12)
