Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present food according to set specifications
• Operate kitchen stations including grills, fryers, microwaves, and others
• Work collaboratively to meet timing and quality standards
• Adhere to food hygiene, allergen, health, and safety regulations
• Maintain cleanliness by cleaning as you go, including full kitchen clean-downs
• Manage stock rotation and ensure safe food storage
• Complete all induction, role-specific training, and ongoing refreshers, contributing to continuous improvement
