Role Overview

We are looking for a Kitchen Assistant to become an integral part of our dynamic culinary team, contributing to a high-standard, clean, and efficient kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate effectively under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen setting
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the kitchen throughout and after service hours
• Uphold the tidiness of back-of-house and staff areas
• Ensure compliance with HACCP sanitation and hygiene standards at all times
• Demonstrate flexibility regarding work hours
• Engage fully in company-provided training programs

Experience and Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a kitchen environment is essential
• Must possess a valid full driver's license and have reliable own transport, as responsibilities cover two clubhouses
• Strong communication skills and excellent customer relations abilities
• Quick learning capability to adapt in a fast-moving environment
• Commitment to maintaining very high standards of cleanliness
