  • Resolve operational challenges related to orders, inventory issues, returns, pricing discrepancies, and escalations.
  • Generate regular business performance reports and dashboards for management review.
  • Identify and support opportunities to expand accounts with current and new marketplace partners.

Candidate Requirements

  • At least 3 years’ relevant experience in Key Account Management, E-commerce Operations, Marketplace Management, or related areas.
  • Practical experience managing Amazon seller accounts, aggregator partnerships, or marketplace business functions.
  • Strong grasp of inventory planning, sales strategy, product listing accuracy, pricing, and marketplace promotions.
  • Able to work closely with cross-functional teams including supply chain, warehouse, marketing, finance, and product departments.
  • Proficient in data analysis, interpreting sales and inventory metrics to drive decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain stakeholder relationships.
  • Competent with Excel, Google Sheets, and ecommerce analytics/reporting tools.
  • Mature time management skills in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in consumer goods, fitness products, retail, or direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands is an advantage.
