Key Account Manager - Ecommerce Voice Process (MBA Freshers/Graduates)

Job Overview

We are conducting a large walk-in recruitment event targeting MBA freshers, graduates, and candidates with up to one year of experience for positions within an Ecommerce Voice process at Startek, Bengaluru. Openings include Key Account Managers for MBA freshers/graduates and Customer Support Executives for Graduates and PU (Pre-University) candidates. Fluency in Hindi and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential new client opportunities in the market.
• Establish and maintain professional, strong relationships with customers through consistent communication.
• Promote relevant products and service offerings tailored to customer requirements.
• Work closely with internal teams to guarantee efficient service delivery.
• Keep track of market trends to adjust approaches and maintain competitive positioning.
• Provide ongoing feedback and insights to leadership to improve operations.

Requirements

• Graduation degree required; MBA freshers and those with up to one year of experience preferred.
• Comfortable speaking both Hindi and English.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively close negotiations.
• A customer-focused mindset is essential.
