About the Role

We are seeking a talented User Interface Designer to join a fast-paced digital venture studio focused on producing clean, modern, and conversion-oriented landing pages for English-speaking markets. The position prioritizes mobile-first design, adaptable desktop presentations, and emphasizes accessibility alongside clear, trustworthy typography. Candidates will receive thorough briefs, final copy, and defined visual direction to create calm, authentic visuals that avoid clichéd startup styling. Familiarity with projects targeting English or Western regions is highly valued. The role involves organizing Figma files to facilitate straightforward developer collaboration and handoff. Experience with Next.js and Vercel is advantageous but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

Design responsive, mobile-first landing pages tailored to English-speaking audiences.
Implement clear, accessible typography with strong visual hierarchy to enhance conversion and convey trust.
Create polished, modern visuals steering away from generic gradients and overused design trends.
Maintain organized Figma files that support smooth developer transitions.
Work collaboratively with comprehensive briefs, finalized copy, and technical guidelines to ensure design accuracy.
Develop two hero section variants as part of a paid test assignment for A/B testing purposes.
Explain design decisions effectively and adjust work based on feedback received.
Optionally assist with landing page development given familiarity with Next.js and Vercel frameworks.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience designing landing pages aimed at English or Western markets.
Strong portfolio emphasizing mobile-first and responsive website designs.
Advanced proficiency in Figma with skills in file management for developer handoff.
Comprehensive understanding of accessibility standards, UX best practices, and conversion optimization techniques.
Able to produce calm, credible, and contemporary visual designs.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of Next.js and Vercel frameworks is a bonus but not required.
Willingness to undertake a paid test project with the potential for continuous assignments.
Ability to provide clear delivery timelines and specify if services are design-only or include development.

Additional Information

Selected candidates will complete a paid test by designing a one-page mobile app landing page with two different hero variants intended for A/B testing. Success in this phase can lead to a permanent position offering steady work.
