About the Role
We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic Junior Graphic Designer to join our Production team. This entry-level position is perfect for recent graduates or individuals starting their careers in design who want to build skills and contribute innovative ideas. You will be responsible for creating compelling visual content across both digital and print mediums.
Key Responsibilities
- Create graphics and retouch photographs for presentations, marketing materials, eLearning content, and client-facing documents.
- Ensure strict adherence to client branding guidelines in all materials.
- Prepare artwork suitable for both print and digital output.
- Maintain uniformity in branding, typography, and overall visual style.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and deliver work on schedule.
- Keep abreast of current design trends and best creative practices.
Education and Experience
- Holds a degree, diploma, or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related discipline.
- Relevant coursework, internships, or personal creative projects are considered beneficial.
- This is an entry-level role; prior professional work experience is not mandatory.
- A portfolio showcasing creativity and fundamental design skills is required.
- Basic knowledge of both digital and print design production workflows is expected.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, mainly PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
- Basic understanding of both digital and print design processes.
- Additional desirable skills include experience with Articulate Rise and Storyline, Figma, HTML/CSS/Javascript, and video editing.
Compensation
The position offers a salary of £30,000 annually.
