Job Description

This role focuses on managing communication with international suppliers concerning product complaints and coordinating the handling and evaluation of affected goods. The position requires collaboration with multiple departments including Incoming Goods, Purchasing, Customer Care, and Personal Shopper teams to facilitate smooth processes. Return management tasks cover organizing exchanges and returns of commission products. Furthermore, the role involves preparing shipping and customs documentation, packaging returns, and verifying inspected items. Handling financial aspects such as processing credit notes and replacement deliveries is also a key responsibility.

Candidate Profile

Applicants should have completed vocational training in a relevant commercial field or possess an equivalent qualification. Proficiency in both German and English, written and spoken, is essential to engage effectively in international correspondence. The role demands strong communication and negotiation abilities, discretion, meticulous attention to detail, and a methodical approach. Candidates must demonstrate focus, a commitment to their work, reliability, and loyalty.
