About the Role
Ahmed Ibrahim Al Zaabi Motorcycles Establishment (Oldtimer) invites dedicated individuals to join as a Junior Accountant in Riyadh. This role involves handling daily accounting tasks encompassing sales invoicing, managing payments to suppliers, and keeping inventory records. Additionally, the Junior Accountant will provide administrative assistance to the team. Collaborating closely with the main finance team at head office, this on-site position offers daily guidance and support, making it ideal for early-career professionals seeking to establish accounting expertise within a nurturing setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily financial transaction records and ensure ledger accuracy
- Generate and process sales invoices for motorcycles, spare parts, and repair services
- Contribute to accounts payable and receivable by handling supplier invoices and payment tracking
- Assist in maintaining inventory data and perform routine stock audits for motorcycles, parts, and accessories
- Support monthly financial closing operations and reconciliations with banks
- Help prepare financial summaries, expense reports, and related documentation
- Ensure adherence to ZATCA regulations by assisting with VAT filings and e-invoicing documentation
- Organize both electronic and paper filing systems for finance and administrative documents
- Coordinate with the head-office finance team by preparing requested supporting materials and following up accordingly
- Provide administrative support including managing correspondence, scheduling, preparing documents, and coordinating with vendors and government platforms like Qiwa, GOSI, and Mudad
Qualifications
- Applicant must be a Saudi national in line with Saudization policies for accounting roles
- Possess a bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines
- Experience ranging from none to two years in accounting or finance; fresh graduates welcome
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel; familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or Odoo is advantageous
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities
- Fluency in both Arabic and English
- Understanding of Saudi government systems (Qiwa, GOSI, ZATCA) is a plus
