Job Details

• Full-time and part-time shifts available, primarily during evenings
• Hourly wage of $14 with weekly payments

Core Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning and upkeep of all floor types through sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming
• Handle chemical cleaners and power equipment according to protocols to avoid damage
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, meeting rooms, corridors, and entryways
• Dispose of trash appropriately, including using compactors when required
• Clean windows, glass panels, and mirrors with suitable products and tools
• Spot clean carpets and assist with carpet shampooing and extraction
• Restock paper and sanitary supplies as needed
• Adhere to established housekeeping schedules
• Operate heavy cleaning machinery such as floor scrubbers, backpack vacuums, and buffers occasionally
• Perform additional assigned tasks based on client requirements

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or at least six months of janitorial experience
• Willingness to learn through on-the-job training
• Strong attention to detail
• Capability to follow instructions accurately

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior janitorial or cleaning experience
• Understanding of custodial procedures and commercial cleaning standards
• Knowledge of floor care such as buffing and waxing
• Experience in industrial cleaning or facility maintenance is advantageous
