IT Operations Specialist

About the Role

Bulls Media Worldgroup, a global digital marketing company with a workforce of approximately 250 employees, is seeking a dedicated IT Operations Specialist to become a vital member of our IT team. This position involves hands-on management and operational tasks suited for someone with a solid technical curiosity, high attention to detail, and the agility to grasp new technological systems and concepts rapidly. No prior direct IT experience is mandatory, but a strong comfort with technology and eagerness to understand system functionalities are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and update the IT asset inventory through Monday.com and other management platforms.
• Cross-examine data across various systems to discover and rectify inconsistencies, outdated, or missing records.
• Analyze operational issues like inactive or offline devices and identify their root causes.
• Manage tracking of software licenses, their utilization, associated costs, and highlight any redundant expenditures.
• Monitor the consumption of SaaS and AI services, addressing irregular or excess usage promptly.
• Assist with the IT onboarding and offboarding procedures.
• Conduct manual or automated data validation through spreadsheets, scripts, or other technological tools.
• Identify areas where automation or AI could enhance the efficiency of repetitive IT tasks.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess at least 2 years of experience within a corporate or business context involving system operations or related procedures.
• Exhibit a strong technical inclination and adaptability to various tools and platforms.
• Quickly assimilate new technical knowledge and practices.
• Demonstrate meticulous attention to details accompanied by robust analytical skills.
• Proficient with spreadsheet applications and confidently handle data analysis.
• Capable of conducting thorough investigations on discrepancies to ensure accurate resolutions.
• Approach tasks with independence, curiosity, and initiative.
• Communicate effectively in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in IT support, operations, or related technical roles.
• Familiarity with the Monday.com platform.
• Basic knowledge in scripting or automation techniques.
• Understanding of APIs or no-code automation platforms.
• An interest or prior use of AI technologies to streamline operational workflows.
