Responsibilities
- Serve as the interface to IT by supporting developers in executing IT tasks and ensuring projects progress without delays.
- Manage leads by monitoring inquiries and maintaining an organized system database.
- Contribute to process automation through intelligent tools such as no-code workflows.
- Act as the communication link to IT partners via email and telephone.
Qualifications
- Strong IT affinity; familiarity with terms like "databases" and "SSL encryption" and openness to new software tools.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies, even without formal education in IT.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
