  • Develop tailored messaging to differentiate Capital Group’s EQMA products based on regional and segment needs.
  • Collaborate with sales and internal teams to promptly address client inquiries with accurate and timely responses.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor behavior to anticipate investor requirements impacting EQMA products.
  • Align with IDs, sales, marketing, and other stakeholders on sales strategies, marketing initiatives, and client demands.
  • Champion Capital Group’s equity offerings, assisting in shaping product strategy, planning, new product development, and rollout activities.
  • Forge strong relationships across global internal teams to understand their priorities and build productive partnerships.
  • Contribute to thought leadership and proactive external engagement in the Europe and Asia regions to position Capital Group as a trusted asset manager.

Candidate Profile

  • 3-4 years (for Analyst) or 5-10 years (for Specialist) experience in asset management, with exposure to investment teams or product/market specialist roles providing portfolio insights.
  • Strong knowledge of equity, fixed income markets, and a variety of equity and multi-asset investment strategies.
  • Self-driven with intellectual curiosity, analytical abilities, and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Commercially astute with capability to craft impactful messages targeted at specific audiences.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for engagement with diverse internal and external groups.
  • Highly organised and detail-focused to deliver precise investment insights and content swiftly.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively across different teams and time zones to achieve results.
  • Experience using financial data platforms such as Refinitiv or Bloomberg to extract market information.

Compensation and Benefits

Beyond an attractive base salary, you will be eligible for individual annual performance bonuses, company-wide profitability bonuses, and a retirement plan with a 15% employer contribution of eligible earnings. Note that temporary roles in the United States do not participate in the mentioned compensation and benefit plans.
