  • Coordinate with procurement teams, approved vendors, recyclers, auctioneers, and waste management firms effectively.
  • Manage client assets onsite or nearby by preparing inventories, coordinating internally, relocating, storing, disposing, and keeping accurate records.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, facilities management, or a related discipline.
  • At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in inventory control, warehouse coordination, or asset management, preferably in industrial or facilities settings.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word; familiarity with inventory tracking software is beneficial.
  • Strong skills in data entry and maintaining accurate records.
  • Understanding of stock control methods, labeling/barcoding systems, and basic warehouse layout design.
  • Experience with petty cash management and purchase documentation is a plus.
